Every homeowner who contacts Yetartist Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Yetartist Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@yetartist.space and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
